RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN INFORMATION

We ensure every product that we send out is authentic and in good condition, as we hope to serve you in the best way possible. However, if you're not satisfied with our product, we're here to help! Given that specific conditions are met, we may accept returns. To request a return you can contact us through our Contact Us page.

 

RETURN POLICY

  1. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 48 hours from the date you received it.

  2. Please note that we only accept returns if we, HYPE STREETWEAR MY delivered the wrong product to you or the product is faulty or the returned product does not match its description. 

  3. Returns only apply to new items. Pre-owned items are not eligible for returns.

  4. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any product.

  5. If under any circumstance it has to be returned, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  6. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods that are pre-owned cannot be returned.

  7. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  8. Please contact us in order to receive the return address for the product. Only after receiving and inspecting the product, a refund will be issued after 3-5 working days.

  9. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

  10. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account (or original method of payment)

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, don't hesitate to contact us.  We're here to help!

 

SHIPPING

HYPE STREETWEAR MY will cover the cost of shipping the returned product. To ensure a non-hassle and convenient return process, the shipping arrangement for the item returned will be arranged by HYPE STREETWEAR MY. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
